«Le papillon source » will be an unequalled amusement park entirely built on the proportions of the golden section. It will be self-managed, powered by free energy and built with quality materials in total respect for nature.
It will be based on the theme of the ideal city and the Golden Age as spread by great utopian philosophers (« The state-city » and « Atlantis » of Plato, « Utopia » by Thomas More, « The city of the sun » by Tommaso Campanella, « The new Atlantis » of Francis Bacon, but also the city of « Camelot », ruled by king Arthur, the Inca cities of gold, etc.).

« Le papillon source » will be held on the following themes:
– The experience of knowledge sharing
– The experience of ressources sharing
– The experience of creativity
– The experience of interdependence
– The experience of collective intelligence

Through specific installations, visitors will experiment by themselves.

Wonder:
Through exciting and magical attractions where wonder and imagination will be there bringing everyone to be aware of its impact and its connection to everything.

Scientists and interactive museums:
This will be through the practice of many fun and highly attractive tests. In particular, there will be explanations, assumptions, 3D projections, immersion spaces and practical workshops.

The benefits of re-centering and energy:
The atmosphere of this visionary and utopian city will take you into a mind and body soothing energy. Sports and relaxation will be provisions as well as access to treatments (herbal medicine, acupuncture, aromatherapy, massage and many more).

Bio-restaurants and healthy eating:
Diversity of menus whose biologic ingredients will come from own cultures of the city.

Permaculture and gardens:
It will be about initiations, tours and funny activities around biologic farming and healthy food.

And many other topics that still will not be revealed here…

More than a tourist centre, « le papillon source » will be a place dedicated to:

– Multidisciplinary research on topics related to humanity, ethics, philosophy, science, energy and earth management, etc. It will concentrate a large number of researchers, inventors and visionary people currently isolated, with no support and with great potentials that are solely guided by the real good of humanity

Our societies cannot evolve without knowledge and sharing of best practices and true information. Yet the big lobbies, some elites, and many scientists refuse this share to continue to keep their monopoly positions.

Our world is in crisis because philosophy, morality, spirituality, multidisciplinary approach and conceptualization are not or no more parts of our education systems, and therefore our values and first needs.

Researching, reconsidering, learning and acting are inseparable and complementary notions of human evolution, but without the action of knowledge sharing we will continue to limit any true form of progression.

EL4DEV program understands this and has created a unique system, ultra-connected with the human as the core and the sharing of individual and collective experience in real time as motor.

The goal is that the knowledge and resulting actions from these experiments are automatically transmitted to every human being, anywhere in the world.

Thus, each individual can feel useful and be aware of the potential impact of each action, naturally leading him on the path of greater nobility of spirit, a fairer reflection of the role that he plays and his place in the world. He will necessarily become himself a positive stimulus in his own environment.

Thus, EL4DEV serves as motivational lever and evolving incubator to bring the individual to positive thinking and positive action.

By referencing all improvement actions carried out in real time around the world, integrating multiple indicators to verify the success of projects and the achievement of objectives, EL4DEV allows other individuals, wherever they are , duplicate good practices in their own environments and thereby become co-creators. So they in turn generate other actions of progress and also make other people benefit from their experience and resulting knowledge.

Every individual seeks to become a true leader. The role of a true leader is not to train other individuals as many still think, but to generate new leaders who will generate their tours of other leaders thanks to transfer of knowledge and skills.

EL4DEV is a holistic systemic tool consisting of several nested complex systems of 3rd generation since they are specialized in simultaneous management of phenomena and global social issues such as:

– environmental pollution,
– food sovereignty, security and self-sufficiency,
– sovereignty and empowerment of individuals,
– financial and economic regulations,
– international relations,
– the education reforms,
– health reforms,
– reforms of the International Law,
– etc.

EL4DEV process is capable of handling an unlimited number of interrelated variables. Systemics represents a new philosophy of nature opposed to the blind laws of the mechanism, for the benefit of a world viewed as a large organization.

EL4DEV education leads us to develop an awareness of the concept of interdependence, that is to say that we are all connected to a very large set.

Our current general system (i.e. our society) is a complex system in very great imbalance (increasing misery for some and growing wealth for others, social disparities in the same country, poor distribution and wastage of food production, inequalities in education, inequalities in health systems, inequality of opportunity, agriculture damaging the human and nature, animal abuse, extinctions of plant and animal species, massive deforestation, air and water pollution, abuse of indigenous peoples, pessimism, individualism, materialism, destruction of families, loneliness, disease, wars, etc.).

Our society can be compared to a human brain. Human brains all have roughly the same number of neurons, but what will decide the different skills is the nature and the number of relationships between them in a particular area. In short the quality (or performance) and the durability (or strength) of our social and economic structures therefore depend only on the number of transmissions of knowledge in an environment and on good nature of these exchanges (guided by the positive intention).

Thanks to the many feedback loops (that is to say, instant feedback on experiences), every individual worldwide is an integral part of a powerful self-regulatory mechanism allowing to switch from a generalized imbalanced system to a perfectly balanced one.

EL4DEV is a cybernetic system as it aims to maintain a sustainable and viable state of interactions within changing environments through a stochastic process (i.e. a random process) of trials and errors. The feedback process is to prevent deviations.

Only the organized complexity can destroy the disorganized complexity. The regulation requires a highly participatory control system whose complexity must be equal or greater than that of the system to manage.

EL4DEV is a spontaneous reorganization of the current system to the emergence of many innovative processes through the consolidation of good will, collective engineering and knowledge sharing.

This is what the true cybernetics is, as originally expressed by Plato (the art of making effective action to serve a project of fair and balanced society). It is the foundation for future global civil society, as hoped by all peoples of the world. It is about a society of brains and hearts in perfect collaboration. Everybody knows that an amazing amount of data is continuously collected since our beginning of the digital age. Now the question is how we can harness all this information to help meet the challenges facing our societies in this century, while particularly addressing concerns about the ethical issues this raises. Across the globe companies, organizations and institution are hardly competing to exploit the potential of this Big Data. Everywhere, companies are developing methods for mining and modeling these increasing amounts of data becoming available about people.

If you watch or listen to what is happening around you, you will understand that people are too much excited about the potential of big data because of the prospect of working on large amounts of previously unreachable user data in any field, mainly for business purpose and sometimes for much more enigmatic reasons.

What about education benefits? Big Data in education is a more and more hot topic. People are looking its potential for reform, others are concerned about privacy, and some don’t see why spending money for it. For sure, Big Data is deeply revolutionising education. Why? Just because we all know that education is more and more occurring online or in educational software, resulting in an explosion of data that can be used to improve educational effectiveness. So, Big Data should really help to deliver an education system that enables to realise the full potential of people.

Some people say Big Data can unlock the door to a more personalised learning experience which will motivate young people to study and better equip them for life beyond the classroom. With Big Data, teachers can analyse students and their work patterns in order to pinpoint where teaching can be personalized and optimized. Big Data can capture usage data and social signals in order to develop user profiles and enable teachers to deliver personalised learning. So, Big Data will drive to data-driven classrooms, the concept of digitally collecting and analyzing students’ work, tracking and reporting performance.

But people also say this could help to ensure countries have workforces with the skills required to succeed in today’s highly competitive globalised economy. But why only in order to compete economically? Why this huge opportunity would it only be for schools? Why only for young people? This big data could it not be exploited to continuously train individuals able to better understand their environment and the human – individuals who can play a positive role in society? We must go beyond the simple acquisition of knowledge.

In our lives today, algorithms are analyzing our behaviour (both on and offline and all the time). They shape what we do in the moment, and they often steer us toward what we do next. But where is the ethics in that?

A Big Data dedicated to education would have problems to overcome with the classic approach people have.

This requires concerted action by all those involved (from policy-makers and educators, to researchers, students and the private sector) working together closely to find effective solutions to unlock such enormous potential and work on ethical issues. Collaboration, communication and transparency are essential between all stakeholders.

But Big Data is too big to analyse using conventional techniques or using relational database management. Most current definitions of Big Data emphasise volume, velocity (real-time information), and variety. Data of this kind requires many specialists processing platforms to analyze it.

It seems that, no country in the world will be able to capitalise fully on this potential without taking action to address a wide range of issues. Skills must be acquired to harness the power of big data; technologies and infrastructure developed to collect, store, share and analyse it; and policies agreed to address concerns surrounding privacy and security, and the potentially dehumanising impact of big data on education. Both the legal and ethical questions posed by the use of big data are still not answered.

The method and objectives of EL4DEV are different. In this sense, EL4DEV offers an alternative approach of Big Data.

EL4DEV is a resourceful and adaptable framework for self-learning which knowledge is provided by the real-time experience of each of us, all over the world. For many people it may sounds like utopia. The role of EL4DEV is to initiate an intelligent, collective and collaborative process of investigation that is an exchange between all individuals, rather than simple speeches or a mere transmission of knowledge.

We are in a different approach of education. The sum of knowledge acquired from day-to-day experiences anywhere in the planet is immediately modeled thanks to algorithms and available to all the people. So your own experience serves the collective. People immediately implement this knowledge within the society to rewrite the existing socio-economic and behavioural models and meet the various local issues. Todos debemos potenciar nuestra actividad cerebral, estimular nuestra memoria. Debemos aprender, estudiar, ya que si no utilizamos el espacio abierto y la capacidad de nuestro cerebro, otros pueden encontrar maneras de usarlos en nuestro lugar (Esp).

Todos nós devemos aumentar a nossa actividade cérébrale, estimular nossa memória. Temos de aprender, estudar, porque se nós não usamos o espaço aberto ea capacidade do nosso cérebro, os outros podem encontrar maneiras de usá-los em nosso lugar (Por).
