Dear all, our brain is such that if it does not understand something it will fight against until it get enough explanations and convincing evidence to open a new operation. It is time to go beyond myths.
Myth: man is naturally omnivorous.
Our digestive system is absolutely not made to digest meat regularly: our gut, in particular, is far too long which creates maceration and putrefaction problems. Mammals that eat meat have among others a very short intestine allowing the meat to be digested very quickly, not to rot in the body creating additional many toxins.

Most people however think that we are carnivorous by nature, based on a certain « tradition. »

Yes it is perfectly possible to be « muscular » and not eat anything animal.
Consume animal proteins is an error of humanity, because we have not been designed for it.
